I had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying the free breakfast that had lots of food choices while being just a short walk away from the beautiful Palacio de Bellas Artes and the vibrant Alameda Central park for leisurely strolls.

The room I stayed in faced the elevators, which were not soundproof. I could hear every ‘ding’ and the conversations as guests came and went, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the front desk staff was indifferent to my requests, which left me feeling unappreciated during my stay.

Had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express! The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the fresh fruit. I lost my iPhone in a taxi, but the staff helped me get it back super fast. Only downside was the noisy air conditioning, but overall, I'd definitely recommend it!

what a disappointment! I mean, who puts plastic film on windows? absolutely ridiculous! And don't get me started on the wake-up call that I never received, nearly missed my flight. With all that chaos, I expected at least an upgrade or some complimentary gesture, but no, just a regular stay for me. I just couldn’t recommend this place!
